A student can choose from any of the following four Diploma Programs. Each
program will provide students with a foundation to prepare for industry
certification.
Client/Server Programmer also performs a vital role to a company by designing,
developing and implementing client and server programs. They play a major role
in bringing new technologies to not only the company but to the world as whole.
This program will introduce students to the fundamentals of programming
including hands-on exercises with different programming languages on different
operating systems. The study covers Internet and programming with HTML,
programming in Visual Basic, ASP/VB Script, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle DBA and
customer relationship management.
The latter portion of this program is devoted to an interoperability lab where
students will utilize previously learned skills.
Students will learn the general concepts of client and server programming along
with database administration using Oracle. The course will help students learn
general programming concepts, irrespective of any particular programming
language.
