CPLC offers programs in the following areas of specialization: networking, programming, client server, E-commerce and English language training that students may select from and courses that may best suit their short or long term educational and employment plans.

Educational activities primarily consist of traditional classroom instruction supported by hands-on training. Each program curriculum aims to offer students the type of environment and practical experience that promotes the acquisition of those skills that will be needed to obtain their educational and occupational goals as they enter the workforce. Also, extensive lab time is available to all students to reinforce their knowledge and skills.

English training programs are also offered for prospective students who are in need of English instruction before entering career training. In addition to package courses, certain programs within each specialty are available as stand-alone programs.
